What is included in the registration fees?
For delegates and students:
- Attendance at the congress sessions
- Welcome reception
- Lunches and coffee breaks
- Congress bag
For accompanying persons:
- Attendance at the welcome reception on Monday
- Attendance at one social tour
- Attendance at conference sessions is not available
Please note: The social dinner is not included in the registration fees. The cost is €80. Seats may be limited, and reservations will close once the limit is reached.

Cancellation policy
No refunds are possible in case of cancellation.
Should you be unable to attend, you may, however, be substituted by a colleague. Name changes must be made in writing and sent to info@aidaa.it.
