For delegates and students:
- Attendance at the congress sessions
- Welcome reception
- Lunches and coffee breaks
- Congress bag
For accompanying persons:
- Attendance at the welcome reception on Monday
- Attendance at one social tour
- Attendance at conference sessions is not available
Registration fees & Key dates
Full payment in EUR (euro) is required at the time of registration, without any deduction for any currency conversion, VAT, bank charges or any other transaction charges.

Cancellation policy
No refunds are possible in case of cancellation.
Should you be unable to attend, you may, however, be substituted by a colleague. Name changes must be made in writing and sent to info@aidaa.it.
